Kerry's favorite green smoothie

My favorite is:

1 pear
1/2 avocado
1/2 cucumber (with peel left on)
1/2 bunch of greens (chard, kale, collards – or dandelion (my favorite – add a banana to the mix if doing dandelion))
16 oz. or more of alkalized water (to blend)

“blend all ingredients until completely smoothed”

Works best with a blendtech or vitamix blender, but will still be beneficial and tasty with a regular blender!
