What makes you valuable recourse in your industry?
I know many people within and outside of the community. I am always looking for the very best for my clients; as opposed to people who marry themselves to a particular way of doing things or a particular company’s products, I constantly change based on what is best. That is why clients trust me – they know how I operate.I don’t try to be the expert in everything. If I know a patient can get more of what they need from someone else, or another practitioner would address them better, I refer them to chiropractor, doctors, personal trainers and community recourses. I look at what this person really needs and say, “Well, this is what I can help you with, but you need to go here.” And then I follow up with them.
What is the most significant issue facing your profession today?
